All purchases, advertising placements, and services provided by DIGASECTOR are final and non-refundable.
Once a campaign placement, advertising service, or related product has been purchased, scheduled, or activated within the DIGASECTOR network, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted.
By purchasing advertising services or entering into any agreement with DIGASECTOR, the advertiser acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of campaign performance, scheduling adjustments, or changes in marketing strategy.
DIGASECTOR reserves the right to review and approve all advertising content and placements to ensure compliance with network standards.
Any concerns regarding campaign deployment should be submitted in writing to our team, and we will make reasonable efforts to address operational matters; however, such reviews do not constitute grounds for refunds or payment reversals.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Campaign Adjustments
DIGASECTOR reserves the right to adjust scheduling, screen placement, or campaign sequencing when necessary due to operational, technical, or environmental factors within the network.
Such adjustments are considered part of normal campaign management and do not constitute grounds for refunds, cancellations, or financial claims.
Payment Disputes
By purchasing services from DIGASECTOR, the advertiser agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims with financial institutions once services have been purchased or scheduled.
Any concerns regarding campaigns must be submitted directly to DIGASECTOR in writing so they may be reviewed internally. Payment disputes initiated outside of this process may result in suspension of services and potential legal recovery actions.
